Staff have monthly supervision meetings with management and clinical supervision meetings with an independent counsellor. I find these meetings empowering and motivating as they professionally point to your strength and weaknesses. Staff are given regular development training in their areas of work to equip them and make them more efficient in their work. I find working for Watermead a pleasure as I have developed a lot in my area of work.”
